i am a consumer of reliance digital tv with consumer no[protected] on 14-3- 13 this reliance digital tv got some problem . mr reliance digital tv is in warranty that mean within one year of purchasing date , on 15-3-13 itself i made a complaint and reliance digital tv closed that complaint without solving the problem , now my tv is not working reliance digital tv person are not coming for solve this problem give me a remedy for this Was this information helpful? | |||

My Big TV smart Number is[protected]. We were out of town for some months. Trying to recharge and not possible to re charge. Try to reach Customer Care. No response at all. Im tired all the way of calling everyday.
BBBBBBBig question about BIG TV can survive or not. Is there a way to return the HD set of box and refund my money. Else Thinking to destroy the set of box. Also circulate this issue to my friends circle to not use Big TV/Reliance any more.
