I had bought a Videocon LCD TV on the 14.08.2010 which went out of service on 20.10.2010. On making a servicing request on the 21.10.10 there were 2 instances of servicing agents coming in without any effective solution.
Reliance Digital "failed" to contact Videocon service and up to 5-6 days they gave the same argument of not being able to contact. However, I contacted Videocon on my own and they took another 17 days to expedite the procedure.
However, the replaced TV is a different model altogether. Thus begins another phase of verbal battle.
1) I bought the TV with assurance from Reliance Digital about good customer service both from Reliance and Videocon
2) Reliance Digital failed to provide any support and to add to the woes Videocon was of least help too
I regard this as complete harassment as the procedure has been delayed too far now. It is 19 days today and my issue still remains unresolved. Extremely dissatisfied with Reliance Digital & Videocon. Was this information helpful? |
