On 30th March 2011 (Wed) Reliance had given offer of 50% off on selected Items on that day we had Purchased Whirlpool Referegirator 250 Ltr,we recieved Fridge on 2nd April (Sat) , but Fridge we recieved was not provided with key.Afterward we called in Reliance Digital & there was arguments with the sales staff and they said the Fridge was in Display & was not having Key & we cannot provide key after Hot arguments they accepted to give the Key.
Then we checked referigerator , but After detail checking of fridge it was found that door Gasket was in Damaged condition so we went to store to make complaint but the showroom staff members started arguing ,The store staff were knowing that the gasket was damage but they didn't inform us ,i don't know all staff members names but one of them was Ms Pornima they were not ready to accept there mistake that they had cheated us by selling defective Piece ,then sales Manager Mr Nasir Khan came he was told about the problem ,he also started arguing & told he will send Engineer but the Gasket has to be replaced & I have to bear the charges for replacing the gasket ,even after explaining that when we are purchasing new Fridge & also when we have paid extr Rs 993/- for Extended warranty why we should pay the charges, he just started arguing & told his staff to take our Complaint and tell that Engineer will come on next day and check .
Such type of behavior to customer is not acceptable & we should get free replacement of gasket Was this information helpful? |
