COMPLAINT REGARDING ELECTRICITY BILL .
I HAVE BEEN RECEIVEING ELECTRICITY BILL IN THE RANGE OF RS 500 - 550/- IN THE PAST. BUT SUDDENLY THE BILL FOR THIS MONTH MAR 2011 HAS COME FOR RS. 830/=.

THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE OF THE ALL CONSUMERS IN MY LOCALITY. THIS IS VERY MUCH ON THE HIGHER SIDE AND IT IS UNJUSTIFIED. THE NORMAL CONSUMER IS PAYING FOR THE INEFFICIENCY OF THE GOVERMENT.
REQUEST THE RELIANCE ENERGY COMPANY TO REVERT THE EXCESS BILLING AND NOT TO HARRASS THE CONSUMERS.

I am a Reliance Energy Consumer (Ac no[protected].( Complaint No.[protected] ) This is getting too much now. I have been escalating and highlighting the issue time and again. Last month the bill has raised suddenly from rs.1100/- . We are a working couple and use the premise only in the night and not throughout the day. I have been raising these concerns with Reliance energy time and again but have never got a suitable resolution. Please help in getting an immediate verification and scrutiny for the past bills. Please treat this as urgent and VERY IMPORTANT.
