This is with regards to this company which has broken all laws of KYC. First their CSE's have no knowledge of KYC norms and are rude as i spoke to one Mr. Tameem, who has no knowledge and is rude as well.
Secondly for the past 3 to 4 months i am getting high bills and nothing has been resolved. I have told their technecian to check the meter, he comes and inspects the house and doesn't haev the courtesy to come up and give a report about the meter. He just walks away from down.
I get a call from their call center and i again give a complaint, upon which they tell me that they would send a report on my email id as well as residence, but i am still waiting for the same.
We are being harrased by these companies and they dont revert back, Others in my building get half the amount as their bill which i get, and they use their appliances to the fullest. I dont have any appliances in my house except fans, tube lights, refregitator. Was this information helpful? |
