[Resolved]  Reliance Energy — reliance energy company the energy providers employees

espected sir,
i ragini patil having account no[protected] is a regular customer of reliance energy has faced mental and financial stress because of the employee's who are not working properly
in september 2009 month because of reliance energy improper functioning manner i received a bill of RUPEES 30,412 and i used to get 25.-300 per month which i used to pay on time but seeing such a big amount in my bill i was shocked thousands of question flooded in my mind, i got mental stress very much i was thinking how come i get so much bill.........
at start i was not able to think anything then i thought how is it possible i dont even use so much energy in my store
Atlast i went to the reliance energy company's office situated in TILAK NAGAR in that office consumer help desk i tried to fine information regarding so much bill, but in a very HARSH and IMPOLITE manner the three employees of reliance energy answered me, they were in no mood to understand and solve my problem. THIS is the way how the help desk employee of reliance energy behave with the consumers, THEY just told me that "YOU HAVE USED THE ENERGY BEFORE AND THIS THE PENDING AMOUNT, SO TO PAY THIS AMOUNT IS VERY MUCH IMPORTANT OR ELSE WE WILL CUT YOUR ENERGY SUPPLY".
After thinking for few days i recalled few years back there was one more store in my neighborhood which was demolished few year back, after taking a lot of effort at last i found the details "The store next to me was "kamla stores" and it was owned by a muslim man name "ABDUL RAHIM MAUNHI" having ACCOUNT NO[protected] AND CONSUMER NO[protected] so i thought may be it has got something to do with my bill so i managed to get a duplicate copy of the bill and it had PENDING BILL AMOUNT OF RUPEES 30,117.
the amount of rupees 30,117 /- which the reliance energy was not able to recover from the owner of kamla store having account no[protected], so the reliance energy forcefully added this bill amount in my bill and created pressure on me to pay the amount
I questioned the respected officers of reliance energy about this matter but the officer gave me a deaf ear and in a harsh manner they told me "THIS THE WAY OUR COMPANY FUNCTIONS AND RECOVER THE PENDING BILL AMOUNT AND YOU DONT ASK MUCH QUESTION AND THINK ABOUT THIS AND PAY THE BILL AMOUNT OF RUPEES 30,412 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR ELSE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS AND WE WILL DISCONTINUE YOUR RELIANCE ENERGY CURRENT".
when the reliance energy failed to recover the bill amount from one user they forced the bill amount into other consumers bill who are regular payer of the bill and created such kind of pressure on the consumer to pay it I SAY IS THIS RIGHT WAY?
ACCORDING TO THE ENERGY LAW 2003, IN NO ARTICLE IT IS WRITTEN THAT THE RELIANCE ENERGY CAN SHOW SUCH OWNERSHIP AND IN THIS UNMANNERLY WAY FORCE THE CONSUMER?
After that on 10th december,2009 a well mannered application i submitted to the company office. at that time SHRI SARANG PANDEY the officer made me pay rupees 300 bill and told the pending bill is not yours so there is no need to pay it, I WAS HAPPY THAT I HAD GOT JUSTICE, i immediately paid the bill in the center and felt relief because in this 1 to 2 month i had got very much mental stress and my husband and kids were also stressed because we are not that financially strong and my kids are taking education
but, not even 24 hours my happiness longed on 11th december,2009 the company's RECOVERY DEPARTMENT employee class "in the name of not paying the pending bill they disconnected the energy flow. i tried my level best to make the employee undersand that the bill amount is not mine and yesterday itself i went to tilak nagar and YOUR OFFICER mr. sarang pandey gave me a estimate amount of rupees 300 and i paid it , to prove it i showed the paid bill reciept also, BUT they told that what ever your question is there u better speak to MR. NERULKAR sir. we will do our work and atlast they disconnected the energy flow. i went to mr nerulkar(RECOVERY DEPT) immediately and told the entire matter, they agreed their mistake and told me that within 1hour the energy will be provided but they failed to keep their word and entire day n night we were in dark, and in night there is always a fear of robbers getting scared me and my husband were awake the entire night, and my kids were also tensed
THE AREA PEOPLE WERE LOOKING IN A VERY UNPOLITE MANNER AT US BECAUSE OF WHICH OUR RESPECT IN SOCIETY WAS DOWN NOT ONLY THAT MY KIDS FRIENDS WERE TEASING THEM THE ENTIRE DAY BECAUSE OF WHICH WE ALL WERE IN LOT OF MENTAL STRESS TILL NEXT DAY AFTERNOON, ATLAST ON 12/12/2009 THE DEPARTMENT PEOPLE STARTED THE ENERGY FLOW.
that moment i felt i had taken enough and now i am relieved but this company unorganized manner and corrupted and lazy employees again gave me a notice few days later in december 2009 of paying the balance amount or else the energy will be disconnected.
AFTER TOLERATING SO MUCH OF THE RELIANCE ENEGY I WAS QUITE BUT NOW I WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE IT SO I AM GIVING THIS COMPLAINT APPLICATION TO ALL THE CONSUMER DEPARTMENT ON BEHALF OF ALL THE CONSUMERS
the company behave like kings and in a very bad manner this is my application against the company it is some what same like giving a monkey a light in hand and he starts burning the entire village the same way the company give mental stress to the people and give financial stress
