[Resolved] Reliance Energy — Power supply

We have power failures in our building twice in a fortnight. One phase o[censored]nder ground cable was declared faulty and Reliance men provided supply through temporary overhead flexible wire along with two phases of main cable. Second time after approx. 12 days time, second phase too failed and again they provided supply by laying one more flexible over head wire (not cable).

With third phase which can also fail, we will have supply through three flexible wires to our building. Reliance men were requested for providing power through underground permanent cable and complaints were too lodged. So far after 20 days time, there are no actions taken.

We are resident of kamala raman nagar nr bilal masjid reliance box no. B-7 & B-1 in both box supply is discontinue from Date 25/05/2013.We are many time complain to your office but your person did not come here, they are showing in office complaint is solved out but problem is continue no body come here to repair supply.our a/c no.[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] & our complain no.54794 date;25/05/2013 next complain no.66354 date;30/05/2013 box no.
