[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — non issue of personalised reliance one card

Dated the 21-11-08.
Ever since the Reliance Program/scheme was introduced in Reliance Fresh A-6, Paschim
Vihar, New Delhi.I am a member with a temporary card no.[protected](previously allotted).By now shoping for several thousand rupees is to my credit but surprisingly I have not been given any personalized Reliance One membership card even against repeat temporary card no.[protected] and my complaints in this regard have been ignored.The validity of 2 years of reward points is also going to expire.

You may exercise you absolute discretion once you have issued personalized membership card, to deprive me of the benefits under this program but your discretion for not issuing the membership card has no valid reason.Kindly comment for your discriminatory treatment.
