[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — misbehaviour of staff

I am writing this complaint in extreme frustration.
I purchased some soaps from the reliance fresh, opp.raffel tower, anand bazaar, indore on 11 august 2009details are:c1004 #0189 21:12:56 11aug2009, s02229 r001
and bill was generated for Rs 46.10 and Mr prakash generated the bill and he generated for Rs47, on asking the full return, he misbehaved and said do what u can i won`t return your money .on asking about regional manager he said that he is not there and do whatever but i wont give you his contact details, .i really felt like slapping on his way of talking and for his personal abusive comments, I dont understand why you keep such illitrates in your store.NOW TELL ME IF THIS IS THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR SALESMAN FOR A SINGLE RUPEE WHY WOULD SOMEONE GO INTO YOUR STORE .and u promise to provide cheapest rate.JUST KICK THAT GUY OUT OF YOUR STORE such kind of people are simply a drawback to your store.

today 31may09 at 0930 am i visited reliance fresh store urban estate phase II jalandhar city punjab
i bought some vegetables and milk for that i came to billing counter the girl who raised the bill asked me to pay Rs 104 the bill amount was 103.50 ok that was not a problem coz Rupee one or fifty paise they they never return you i gave her a note of of Rs 100 and other one of Rs 10 stp Rs 100 note was slightly torn she refused to take it i asked her what is wrong with this note she said i won't accept it ok i gave her another note she returned me a Rs five note and rupee one coin Rs five note was in very bad condition not a problem i was accepting that one but just to realiase her i told her now what about your note she spoke very rudly which pinched me i asked her what is your name she replied i have no name again she said be-naam i was so surprised that why they are not wearing name tags accordingly i complained one of the senior staff and asked her name he told me that her name is deepti
most of the persons employed by the reliance fresh are behaving rudely and they are not taken any care of the custmors and more particularly the employees in the alagappa road (reliance fresh), Purasaiwalkam are not at all given any respect to the customors. They are acting as a owner of the establishment. I am very much wounded by the behaviour of the employees of the said reliance fresh on 2.7.09 . Hence i hereby suggest all the customors not to purchase in Reliance Fresh. The employees are temporary persons and therefore they are not at all taken care of the customors . i think if such a situtation is continue definetly one day or other all the reliance shops will be closed.
This is to inform u that today I visited Reliance Fresh Store in Chandralok Pitampura & was treated in a very unprofessional & unethical way by one person named PhoolChand who is an employee of Reliance Fresh.

He used the abusive language along with the unmannerful Language like 'Tu Bakwas Mat Kar' etc.

It's really a shame for a company like Reliance who appoint such persons or rather i should say GOONDAS in their companies. Although I have registered my complain online with Reliance in the noon but I m not ableto locate it now & i have fuul doubt whether any action will be taken pertaining to my complaint or not.

I have heard that Mr. Mukesh Ambani is going to be the richest man in the world by 2012. I think he sure will be with the help of his GOONDAS & HOOLIGANS who threatens the customers in abusive language.

In fact I would like to advise Mr. Mukesh Ambani to kindly learn about professionalism & providing better services from his younger brother Mr. Anil Ambani whose products i use since a long time now like Mobile connection, Internet connection & Financial Investments. Believe me, we have been taken care of every aspect of services which are rendered by them unlike Reliance Fresh.

So, shame on the Captain of the ship & all the seniors working with the Reliance Fresh.

I agree about the misbehaviour of the staff & it is for the Reliance management to make the Complaint in every area & mention the no. of some Senior staff person where the complaint could be lodged. it can help to reduce the problems encountered.

I am also regular buyer at Reliance Fresh store but the arrogant staff behaviour sometimes holds us back to buy things from store. Today mornings I purchased Reddish from Reliance Store Set 16 Panchkula. The Person at the counter enter the Bill of Reddish twice giving the reasons that leaves hv been plucked whereas it is not right. Even if he felt so after verifying he could hv added the leaves but could not raise the bill twice.

Further he held me for some time & used rough language.
I want to brint it to the notice of Senoir mngt to take care of the arrogant staff immediately
i have purxhase cfl from reliance fresh yamunanagar...it has 6 months warrenty after few days the cfl did not work properly n when i go to replace that cfl the staff manager start misbehaving...when i asked him about complaint box he didn't tell me about that...such a bad behaviour of staff...
