[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — DOUBLE DEBIT AGAINST CREDIT CARD AND SELLING ROTTEN EATABLES | |||
I had purchased few items including Paneer from RELIANCE FRESH, Govindaprasad, Cuttack Road, Bhubaneswar for Rs 555.96 on 14th Apr, 2013. Next it was found that the 1> PANEER was totally rotten and when approached tham it was replaced with some other item of same value. 2>There was double deduction of Rs 555.96 against my credit card. It was brought to the notice of Mr Pratyush and assured that it will be refunded within 2 days. Since that four times met him and talking to him on daily basis. Every time he is assuring me that it will be refunded within next 24 hours, but till today that after 15 days also additional amount deducted thru my credit card is not refunded. ICICI Bank has confirmed that RELIANCE FRESH has already claimed twice against single transaction, which establishes their deliberate and intentional snatching away money in a smart and professional manner.
