[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — Improper service and arguing that consumer has committed theft despite the fault was on the staff | |||
Hi Sir, Today i had a very bad experience in the RELIANCE FRESH STORE at BULL TEMPLE ROAD, Bangalore. I am a regular customer at the reliance store. today after purchasing the goods and paying the bill at the counter, the security at the door checked for the products in the bill. Then one product was missing from the bill. so he asked the staff who billed whether the product was given to her for billing. To my surprise she told that we haven't given the product for billing and was arguing that we had committed theft. Then manager of the store started to take her side and began arguing about the same. But after we insisted him to check the camera and find out the truth, the mistake was on their side which was clearly visible from the security camera video. I am very much disappointed, humiliated with the service of the RELIANCE staff. Hence I request you to take necessary action against the staff. I would NEVER in the future intend to visit the RELIANCE FRESH STORE AGAIN. Was this information helpful? | |||
