Reliance Fresh Limited — Wrong bill

I had brought 4 litre milk from Reliance Fresh store,Peeragarhi and chhach was free with purchase of every one litre milk but they charged extra rupees for it.When I contacted in the sore on same day they said we will adjust the amount.
When I went there next day the manager refused to adjust the bill.I also lodge a complaint in complaint book at page no.59 on 17/AUG/2012.Kindly look into the matter.
