Dear Sir,
I (Nikesh Tyagi) have to inform you that i was the employee of Reliance Fresh Store In Delhi Store in Kartar Nager Between 15th May 07 to 28 Mar 08 as a CSA post. My Employee Code was 60011949 and R Seve E.C was 60017662. Now i have no record where is my PF Amount. And here is no to tell me the record of that in Delhi Head Office. Before today I have already two time submitted my PF form in PF office but it had not been cleared due to many mistake like Joining Date, resignation date and authority sign is not match. And i m living in Ghaziabaad and your delhi head office is in okhla, is it 70-80 KM away form my house. I have gone to there more than 10 time. Every time Mr. Rajeeve say me that your PF would clear within 15 days and it is my No.[protected], and my personal no is [protected]. I can confirm on these no after 15 days but whenever i want to contact on this no than [protected] is not available and no body is there to reply on[protected] Number. and now i am very confuse that where is my PF amount is gone. Is it possible that Reliance is not submitted my PF amount in PF office.
So you are requested to tell me the procedure to take my PF amount.
