Reliance Fresh — Misbehavior by staff. | |||
It is a matter of 30 Aug 2013 at about 8 pm at Reliance Fresh outlet on Paota C Road, Jodhpur. I and my wife went to a billing counter for billing of items we had to purchase, where the billing staff had just attended a customer and was idle. He told me to go to another counter. I asked as why he is telling so. He replied me that he has to go to somewhere. I went to another counter and got billing done. I saw that the counter staff, who had refused to attend me, did not go anywhere. He started attending other customers. While leaving the shop, I asked him that he has not gone anywhere but why he did not attend me. He told me that he will go at his own will. I asked the gate security man about name of that counter staff. Before the security man could reply the billing staff told rudely - "Mera naam Ganpat Das hai. Jisko bolna ho batao." The security man asked me as what had happened. I narrated the matter. He told me that he would report it to the Manager. I request the managing authorities of Reliance to please teach some etiquette to their staff. Was this information helpful? | |||
