[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh (Natesan Nagar, Virugambakkam, Chennai) — Re: Mr.Mari(Store Manager)

I am a regular buyer of my montly groceries n daily needs from Reliane Fresh @ Natesan Nagar,Virugambakkam,Chennai.

This is regarding the misbehaviour of Mr.Mari. I had bought Red Chillies only to find that they had flying weevils in them. His advice to me was that I should have bought the packet containing the red chillies with the insect right inside that. He wanted me to bring the cover un opened.I wonder then how would one know if the red chillies had insects in them without opening them. He DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY OR NEITHER GIVE ME AN EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME.

I have no complaints against Reliance Fresh Company, as such issues are not a big problem if the solution is given then n there by the store manager. This Store manager seriously needs to be monitored by the Reliance Personnels.

In the pretext of increasing their sales Mr.Mari was not ready to accept the fact that RED CHILLIES can be manifested with insects too. His reasoning to me was that RED CHILLIES cannot have insects because of its pungent smell.

The same day i had bought Chana Dal which again had weevils in them. This was of reliance value. I could not go to return that as i had very little time to prepare for a function at home n hence cleaned it with the help of my husband. The only mistake i did was...no to take it to the store n show them that very day.

Even i[censored] go to the store for buying vegetables n fruits...u will lots of small flies on almost all of them. The maintainence is poor. They fail to clean the rotting tomatoes n other vegies. I[censored] think i am saying wrong...just take a loos at it urself by visiting the store which is in the Kaliamman Kovil Road,Natesan Nagar,Virugambakkam,Chennai 92.

I would appreciate if Reliace Fresh looks into such petty issues also to compete with other chain stores like Nilgiris,More,Food World, etc. This complaint is strictly against Mr.Mari who does not know how to behave with the customers and that too a lady customer.
