Reliance Fresh — Bad behaviour by Manoj (Employee) | |||
Mukesh , This is to bring to your kind notice that Reliance Fresh employees have very bad behavior. Mr Manoj from Ansal Plaza Mall @ reliance fresh has demonstrated an excellent example of bad behaviors; He does not know how to talk with customer. He behaves as if he is Reliance Fresh, owner. Manoj wanted to close the store 30 mins before the schedule time without informing anybody. This part of Reliance Fresh bad behaviors and he argues that “Tu baut Mahan ho jo yaha shop karoge”. Later he showed, the paper on which 9:00 PM closing was mentioned but kept in guard pocket. He claim that Customer should read the store closing article from guard pockets. All this incident happened on 23-April-2011 at 9:02 PM. I am a card member from 2006, however first I saw bad behavior by Reliance Fresh employee at sector 23, Gurgaon. That store always used to fight with customer as if the intent of their existence is to fight. Slowly that store got closed since people stopped visiting store. Only employees used to wait for customers. I am also a shareholder in reliance industries and invested more that Rs 5 lac thinking that Reliance Industries is peoples company as visioned by Dhiru Bhai Ambani . I felt really bad looking at Manoj behavior as it paint black colour on his vision. Was this information helpful? | |||

Rel Fresh, Ansal Plaza is one bad example of a store. They should a case study in management institutes. The sad part is no one listens to your complaint, no one responds.
