reliance fresh stores — Delay in issue of festival offer item -reg
Dear Sir,I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh stores at 8th Main malleshwarm Bangalore. During Dassera Festival they have announced an offer that for those customers who buys goods worth Rs 2500/- and more will be given a Kadai worth 890/- for Rs.149/-. I am one of the victim in their net. They say few quantity kadai has been received and hence they could not issue to all the customers till today. If that is so why they announced the offer and cheated the customers when they are not in a position to stick to their schedule. Customers buy unnecessary items paying their hard earned money. It is unbeliveable that a company like Reliance is cheating customers in this way. Government should restrict them from using this kind o[censored]nethical business practices. The sales executive should be asked to issue the gift item on seniority basis not on their fancy and wishes. A record in the stores is to be maintained in this regard. Also though it is retail they sell bulk quantity and complaint to the head sales of no use. Please look in to the matter and action taken may kindly be intimated.

reliance fresh stores — Low quality products with high Quality rate
Sir,In Bangalore I had purchased Premium quality rice in Reliance Fresh Stores.I did not kept the bill for that rice. At the time of cooking we found that the rice had bad smell.We have told to the Reliance fresh manager .But he is not accept the rice without bill even packed pockets that printed as "Reliance fresh premium " product.
So I requset you all use your old regular shops to purchase items that they will be accept your complaints.
