[Resolved] Reliance General Insurance — regarding claim of Motorcycle | |
I got my M/Cycle HR 51 AB 6624 Yamaha make repaired through accident claim from Reliance general Insurance in Jan'2010. After making so many calls to Dealer & Surveyor Mr Ajay Singh Rawat and even writing mails and telephonic calls to Customer Care, still I didn't get my payment back. Surveyor says that he forwarded all the documents but in net when i checked even today also it is showing pending status of documents. It is almost going to be two months now. Let me know if there is no such solutions for the customer even after making complaints to reliance also, then I furhter proceed to Consumer cell. My earlier complaint nos are 1017026 dt. 09/03/2010 & 1021354 dt 11/03/10 Was this information helpful? | |

my motorcycle accident claim is passed and cheque no.595233 dtd. 21 july 2008 .But till date i have not received the cheque
i am keeping track to get the cheque with [protected] Mr. Mukesh OZA AND[protected] MR. DEVAN,
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE RENDER BY RGI
PLIASE LOOK IN AND DO NEEDFUL TO GET MY PAYMENT AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE
