above policy holder filed claim through company agent Ms Loyal Insurance Service es Pvt. Ltd.at Baroda (Agent Mr Ashwinbhai M Chauhan) and inquired settlements of claim various time but company replied that your proposal is in process and at last when claimant personally VISITED COMPANY.S office company official replied that your file is closed, and co official had not given any reason for the same.. after aggrieved complainant had filed this complaint to consumer organization (Grahak Seva Sanstha, Vadodra ) email ID consumer [protected]@gmail.com we have written for the grievances to co on 18th February 2012 and 11th march 2012, but till date company is unable to reply, kindly do the needful at your end. . Reliance — claim not received
Respected sir,I am ARIF D my PF NUMBER IS MH/46747/26015 i have submite the pf form at reliance office before 6 month i got the pf settled form from your end on aug 2009 but still i am not receive the claim . the check nor mentioned as the form check nor 851711,amt 5709,amt another check nor 679924 and amt 2752 but still i am not receive d the amt I visited my home branch and check the pass book detail end all but they are not got any check related to my account my account nor of SBM is [protected] so I kindly requested to you pls send my claim as soon as possible earlier i have send the mail to you regarding the same but still i am not get the any responce from your end i am waiting for your responce i hope you it will be done as soon as possible i called your customer care but they are not responding properly please check the detail and send my claim my contact nor is [protected] my email id :[protected]@gmail.com .
