[Resolved]  Reliance General Insurance Co Ltd — mediclaim sattelment

i have policy with reliance ,my policy no[protected], and my claim no-4596059,

i submitted the claim form29 october2009in mediassist pvt ltd andhri branch mumbai.till date he dnt sattel the claim. no body not pickup my phone.reliance costomer care employe every time promise me within 3 days salve the problem but no body call me for status.am very very upset pls help me out.i have all medical bill .i can produce any time.
