[Resolved] Reliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. — Car Damage insurance claim | |||
My Vehicle claim bearing claim no, [protected] is pending with Reliance General Insurance co. Ltd. since last 3+ months. Every time Pune office is giving false commitment on settlement. I have even given undertaking for approx. 40K as settlement amount against damage of 1.60 Lacs. Vehicle value (IDV) as per insurance comapny is 1.35 Lacs. Dear Sir/ Madam
i have claim pending in reliance general insurance regarding my car Ford Icon singe last Six and half month Dated[protected].Initialy the surveyer and Pacific Motars Pvt Ltd. service centre delaer told me that the claim will be clear in 7 days.but now more than six month have passed and there is no progress in it.They are not respoding to my phone call and complain made in reliance company.Please help me on this.They have given me a claim no.[protected] and insurance was provided by pacific motors
