My car was parked near Auto Exchange, Raipur(C.G) on 26/12/2009. Around 3:00pm a car thief broke opened the door, tried to stole away the car, luckly due to breaking up of Steering wheel lock he was unable to take away the vehical, thankfully the Hyundai service persons came, some how managed to start the car.I went to Service center filled all the details left the car. After repairing made payment and was told the cheque will come to home. Now after more than 3months Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd is giving absurd reasons. Kindly do the needful. With reference to the above cited that the car Ford Fiesta No.AP03 AB9789 had been
damaged on 11.4.2010 at the time of 7.30 p.m.,near Renigunta Bye-pass road, Tirupati.
We had taken it to the Service Centre of Lakshmi Ford (AUnit of Lakshmi Motor Cars
Private Limited) at Nellore. Later we have claimed forInsurance through your surveyor. In my
enquiry it came to my notice that the certificates weren’t received by you .So that we had
received that certificates from the surveyor and resending them to you. After received them
you should take forthwith action to claim insurance and to send the payment soon. Otherwise
we will proceed legally for further contacts.
