Reliance General Insurance Company — Mediclaim Reimbursement | |||
I have submitted my claim Insurance of Rs 1,16,266 on dated 09 November 2009 and also submitted relevant documents as required by Medi Assit on 09 December 2009. The reference is CNN # 4471968. It is regret to note that till date their is no communication from any concern on my claim from Insurance company or TPA. My claim is pending from since last 5 months due to the negligence / fault of RGICL and TPA (MediAssist). Now when I am calling them they are not picking my phone nor they are replying my mail. It is hereby requested to please guide what will be my next step for early settlement of my above claim. Any reply on guidance will be highly appreciated. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have taken Reliance Healthwise policy on 26-mar-2009 for my family and i had paid the premium as per below
Plan : silver
Sum Insured : Rs.3 Lakhs
Policy No :[protected] dt.[protected] to[protected], Rs : 3816.00 per annum (2 Adults+20 kids)
After that i renew my policy, and my new policy is [protected] dt[protected] to[protected].Rs 3625.00 with 5% discount as i dint take any clams.
Now the point is, I want this policy renew again but RGI reliance general insurance executive told me that premium is 10k .can any one tell me what is this, is this is not cheat to customer,
when i did this policy RGI told me that next 10 years premium will be same
I am feeling cheated as they attract the people to take the policy with low premium rates
Could you please assist me what should I do in this scenario?
