[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — balance

hello sir madam
before two hours, i have just rechareged my relaince mobile no.[protected] with rs50/-. it had already some balance and total balance became Rs.55/-.
at this time my balance is just 15 without making any call. and 40Rs.has been gone ...
please tell me how it happened and send me my loose balance .

from last ten days my account balance is deleting automatically. when I contact with costumer care they said':that we have details about your number.as I recharge my account my balance is deleted .so please take some action or i have to rush through consumer court .my number is [protected]

I am subscriber of Reliance gsm and my telephone number is [protected] . During the intervening night betweeen 24 - 25 Nov reliance has unauthorisedly activated " khel khel mein " service unilateraly and without my consent .U are requested to advise , Reliance gsm to credit Rs.30 to my account at the earliest. You are , further requested to instruct Reliance not to activate any value added service ( VAS ) in future without my consent .

AM NOT AGREE WITH SERVICES. DAY BY DAY MY BALANCE IS REDUCING UNNECESSARILY.................................my number is [protected]

sir mera no [protected] hai. sir relince roz mera balance kata rehta or mera customer care bhe nahe lagate me roz complaine likhwata hu but koi responce hahe milta si me ek student hu or relince ke network bhe bhut kharab hai . relince me call karo dosre no se to call cat dete hai .

on 28th of september 10rs feom my a/c has been detained after dat on next day 20rs is datained. i call the cusmor care thrice but der is no response 4m dem

my mobile no is this [protected], i m using this no last many year properly but now i am very disturb to relate this no bcoz i m suffring a belence related problem. my 80 rs something are cut in two or three days & i m also complain relate to this matter.

Reliance company ne kasam kha li hai ki me jis din recharge kruga mera bal kat legi mene 8 jan ko 10 ka bal dalwaya 6.5 rs kat liye, 11 jan ko 100 rs ka bal dalwaya 39 kat liye kl 50 rs ka dalwaya 30 rs kat liye mene unka bigada kya h, ph krne p meri galati nikal dete h
mene kl sirf *367# Dile kiya bal chack krne ko bt mere koi sai baba pack chalu kr diya n koi msg bhi ni aaya mene jab mene frnd ko msg kiya tab bal show hua tab muje pata chala mera bal kat liya q ki wo 64.99 se 34.99 ho gaya

I have recharged my number with 100rs on 1st feb 2011 through internet banking at 6.10p.m. and with 50rs on 2nd feb in the afternoon but my mobile number is not recharged yet.Kindly recharge it as soon as possible. hi sir, my problem is that my balance deducted many time without any reason whenever i call to customer care they agree to wrong deduction but they didn't back balance even disconnect my calls and i activate also DND 1 month back still getting calls and messages from reliance gsm i hope you will take some action as soon as possible my no.[protected] Name devendra

without any warning.
daily many customers face this problem. after complaning customer care don't solve problem.

u should to warning that person before renew or activate thats plan.
and according to his/her reply u should do.

i am 3-4 year smart gsm custmer .mgr 5 month se mera balance hr month ke and me aesi service ke liye kata jata hai jo kbhi activate hi nhi hai or me hr month apni complant krta hu . is month bhi[protected] ko 1:37 minit per mera 27 rs kata gya voice pack ke liye jo ki mere number per activate hi nhi hai . or hr bar me isi trha se complaint krta hu muje apna balance to lota diya jata hai or kha bhi jata hai ki ab balance nhi kata jayega service ko hmare yha se deactivate ker diya gya hai. or hr bar kata jata hai.jo ki glt hai . muje mera balance to aap vaapis lota hi dijiye mgr her bar month ke end me bar bar balance kat lena jo ki glt hai . .............
