[Resolved] Reliance GSM Mobile — wrong money deducted | |||
I have blackberry mobile model. 9780, I have activated my blackberry service via reliance gsm mobile, but they deduct my money for blackberry gprs service from my main balance, I already complain this to reliance custemer service for 10 times & 2 time to reliance nodel officer, but they didnt solve my problem yet. They dont change my blackberry service from RCOM WAP TO BLACKBERRY WAP setting. Because of the rcom wap service they deduct my money for blackberry service.I told them so many times for change my setting but they dont so please help me. MY NAME IS :AMIT S. hi, i am arvind, using samsung mobile, yesterday 30 /- were deducted from my balance and reliance care is also not responding. and this not a single episod. they have been deducted from begning and dont know how many are suffering from reliance policy of deducting unnecessary balance.
