Reliance GSM Mobile Service — Reducing balance Rs. 30 unjustified | |
Dear Sir, I received the call from some no. having code no. 0120 when i picked the phone automatically the balance of Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account. The message i received from company is that your Tea Time Manoranjan pack has been activated, for which i had call on the customer care and asked them that i havent asked for the activation of the service and asked to register my complaint regarding this, but they replied me that they cant register my complaint regarding this, and again my balance deducted this month showing auto renewal of this. Please do me the favour and ask the company to make the refund of the balance. As i am continously trying to call the customer care as it is network busy. I have received a message from RM-53030"HI AAPKA TEATIME AUTORENEW HO CHUKA HAI.YEH[protected]:39:00 TAK VALID HAI. " automatically the balance of Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account, while there was no teatime pack activation before this.how can this facility be autorenewed? for which i had call on the customer care and asked them that i havent asked for the activation of the service and asked to register my complaint regarding this, but they replied me that they cant register my complaint regarding this. Please do me the favour and ask the company to make the refund of the balance. As i am continously trying to call the customer care as it is network busy.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — money deduction & customer care unresponsive
money reduction again and again without any information & customer care not attending call .last month same happen ,that time also i talk to them & then they refunded money.this is quite irritating. didnt activated CRBT service but they deducted money for CRBT .mobile no. [protected]
I have received a message from 51234"YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT Rs.20 FOR A PERIOD OF 20 DAYS. " automatically the balance of Rs. 20 has been deducted from my account, while there was no caller tune activation before this.how can this facilitybe autorenewed? for which i had call on the customer care and asked them that i havent asked for the activation of the service and asked to register my complaint regarding this, but they replied me that they cant register my complaint regarding this.
