Sir,

I would like to drawn your attention towards my complain that i am customer (AHMED REZA) of Reliance GSM form Kolkatta zone (Mb no:-[protected]).On 10th November Rs 35 was deducted from my mobile Acct balance, then i make call to customer care ([protected]) and look the way of talking:-

On 10 November around 7-8 am: - the person took my call, i ask sir what is the reason for deducting Of Rs 35, he replies I don’t know about the deduction, I told him to check in your system. He reply tere baap ke servant nahi hai apna SIM torde aur poat paid connection lele detail mijaye when i ask his name he cut the line With warning "i will cut ur line within 24 hrs...." again i call to customer care but my call was dropped
By your executive (KAKOLI & POJIT) by saying hello hello..................

On 11 November around 11:50 pm:-I talk your executive (Mr. RAKESH) who took my complain against my problem. (S/r no:-
[protected]) and also i request T.L (Mr. somnath chaterjee) to solve my problem.

And finally today 13 November u people activated caller tune, for that rest of balance was finish.

So, I kindly request you to refund balance (Rs 35) and deactivate all the services which are activated by u people, or
Otherwise i will take legal action against your company (Reliance GSM).

Reliance GSM — To Be in DND(do not disturb)

My complaint is that i dont want unnessary calls .like computerised calls from Reliance ...costomer care etc..and i want to be in Do Not Disturb list.so please kindly do that services .The following are my numbers..............[protected].....[protected].....[protected]

Reliance GSM Mobile — donot disturb service

I am laison james from thane I am a reliance GSM phone holder I was activated my DND on 21-oct-2010 but I got lot of disturbed calls I am already informed your( reliance) customer service exicutive at many times but they are not ready to take necessary actions against my complaint and they are behave like an enemy I am not satisfied in reliance service.
