[Resolved]  Reliance Gsm Service — poor network service at muri, ranchi

I have purchase one Sim of Reliance of new Scheme, I have use this number daily, but after 5-6 days the services of reliance network is down day by day. Reliance to other numbers are not connected Network Busy error show. but reliance to reliance networks are connected.

Please send me the suitable reason for regarding this problem.

Please do the needful & earliest solved that problem

I have a Sim(GSM) of Rs.49/- + 51/-. As per sms : Main Balance 1.52, and Expiration Date, Local Calls 7.50.
I make a call of 2 min (Local Call) and now it shows 5.50. Means 2 Rs. Deducted,
1. Is this 2 Rs deducted on Free Talk Time.
2. Can the balance forward on Next day (Today Balance will add on free talk time next day balance)
3. Can I call (STD) in this free talk time.

i am using reliance gsm sim frm last jan 14, 2009.
sir frm the begning i am facing a problem with it. the problem is tht i can't send sms frm it.
every time i send a sms a service reply will appear on screen saying tht message nt sent plz try again later.
i have also file complaint so many times to customer care bt my problem is nt solved.
every time i call in reliance customer care, same answer is given to me tht our's server is down so we can't help u.
also they put me on hold for 20 to 30 minutes saying tht we r transfering ur call to our senior.
n no one pick it up..
sir, i am very distrub about it.

My problem is minus balance but how i dont know i dont did my subscribe from my number. I want to know why this happen and what the problem. Reliance Customer Care Jaydeep of Guwahati is take care of cutomers and he is not properly responding to me and I think he will do the same to all customers of reliance.

My Problem is have not use my SIM around 3 months. bcoz I have emergency work. And i check my balance it show - 149 then i call to cutomer care and telling my problem. They say call tomorrow, next day i call again the customer care say we cant get ur details call back after 30 min. after 30 min.i call they say again cannot get the details. They say today andsay call tomorrow. my times i wasting, in my state reliance service is very poor out of 100% people used reliance 10% in of them am also customer of reliance. i am using reliance bcoz i have give my number to all my fren. In my state 6 service provider and here get sim for Rs. 50 sometime SIM get free.

I am using your gsm services for the last months.My No is [protected] .My earlier problem is solved.But again now and then new problem arises. My new problem is that at the time of making STD calls my receiver unable to hear my voice but I get him.This is only happens with STD calls.It works smoothly with local calls.Error shows "check Operator services".

I purchased a Reliance GSM SIM because it was extremely cheap. Well...now I know why. The line is either always busy, or there is no network, or when there is, my voice does not carry through to the other side. I have even tried doing this with someone in the same room...it goes "hello, hello...hello? helloooo? hell..." Now I know how other Cellular services get their advertising ideas.

Stay away from Reliance GSM. I intend to destroy it the moment I have consumed all the "talk-time" in it--which may be still optimistic of me.

My no is debarred because of not attending the call from customre care, when i was in roaming.. this is very very bad thing.. first i thought Reliance is best.. now i say reliance gsm service is worst worst worst..

reliance treats customers like . I cud never connect to the customer care ever. pooooor network. I don think they even hv the least responsibility. reliance gsm suckssss bigtime

reliance gsm connection cud destroy your phone, cos it make the phone serch for network always, and the battery runs down so fast. Ive used other connections, they all work fine

i m already use GSM card Nokia 3315 not support in GSM card any number dial Check Operator Servicers error display
