Dear sir, my no: [protected] is started from month janvary 2009. on 7.7.2009. my sim card missplaced. than i bought new sim card from PALI, RAJASTHAN Reliance prepaid office "DEVARAM JETHARAM "behind SOMNATHA TEMPLE' paid after Rs. 100/- this sim card actived from Reliance WEB near " AMBEDKER CERCLE" PALI SIM CARD REJECTED on 15.7.2009 at 6:00 PM tell me what i should to do ? my other no is :[protected]. reply me :MUST MUST MUST. Not only Reliance GSM but also all GSM company who sells SIM card should to give a Bill with a specified time limited GARRENTY. or REPLACEMENT. of sim card.if any sim card internal micro electonice problem arise or generated.not for lost of SIM card.

i have two no. of reliance gsm - [protected] & [protected]. But after some time i have faced same problem both no. have been rejected. From this problem i have lost approx. 500 Rs.
After rejection i have been contact costomer care through other no. but there is no sufficient answer given to me. so i kindly request to you plz tell me the solution of that problem other wise i will go to consumer court . My contact no. is [protected].
