Reliance GSM — SIM Card

When ever i come to office i will get 44'H,ME Error.
I have reliance SIM Card and nokia mobile.(problem not with handset as other SIM cards will work with same handset.
but once i go out of this location ill get network again.
if any one knows reason kindly share it so that we can try to find solution

I asked reliance customer care for my pin 2 code but they say it is not given by them...

is the call barring password not a network password?
reliance customer care say that it is handset password while handset (Nokia) customer care say that it is natwork password?
please tell what should I do...

Accept my sincere regard. yesterday my daughter was using my mobile and by mistake he locked the sim and sim is asking for pin code!!! so, sir please verify my pin code as well as puk code as early as possible
