[Resolved]  Reliance Healthwise Policy — Delay in claim process

Dear Sir,

This is in reference with the above referred Medical Policy. My Wife Mrs. Asha Chawla had been admitted in Maharaja Aggrasian Hospital, New Delhi on[protected] date, as I have taken the above policy from RELIANCE. I gave the policy no. to the Hospital Staff on[protected] for Cash Less Treatment but till date I have not received Feed Back from RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY. Now its next to impossible for me to take treatment from Maharaja Aggrasian Hospital as I am salaried person and have limited funds.

I have tried so many time on your Helpline number but they always told me that it will take some time. In this competitive world if Company like RELIANCE had a such POOR FEED BACK then its impossible to take business and make a good impression in market. You are requested to kindly take immediate action and give the Feed Back to me or to Hospital Staff regarding Cash Less Treatment.

Your immediate action shall be highly appreciated.
