Reliance General Insurance Health Wise Policy — Cancellation of policy.

sir,
I would like to cancel Reliance General Insurance Health wise policy policy number is mentioned in the subject
For which the amount is blocked from my ABN Amro bank credit card i.e one is on dated 19/05/2008 and another is 23/05/2008
since I have agreed for one policy
It has been debited twice from my account.
Now I don't want to continue with the single policy also

Reliance Healthwise Policy — CANCELLATION OF THE POLICY

Dear Sir,

I am holding the policy of the RELIANCE HEALTHWISE NO. [protected] and I am paying the regular EMI to ABN AMRO bank for the premuim installment.

As you have tied up with ABN AMRO bank for paying the insurance policy with easy pay EMI. Out of 24 EMI, I have already paid 11th EMI to the bank. The easy pay premium amount is RS.448.00 per month.

In the month of Aug''2008, my daughter got an accident and she got hand crack. I have approached 2/3 hopsitals as per your list, But I have bad experince in terms of responce and other formalities.

Today, Even after paying you Rs. 4480.00 total 10 EMI to you, I am not getting the facility of the same.

Hence I am not interested in your policy, kindly cancel my policy w.e.f. 16/11/2008.

And I am not going to pay any EMI further to you and ABN AMRO Bank.

Kindly take the note of the same and do needful in this matter. Thank you for your cooperation.

i have claimed on june 2009 of my wife neha bhandari.policy no[protected] .but all the times medi assist said that we are processing.let me know why this.

I am the Reliance Healthwise Policy (gold plan)holder since last 3 years.

I had paid the renewal cheque no:504558. Dt:17/09/2009 of Bank of Baroda (girdharnagar branch) and also received the latest

policy papers,having expiry date:21/09/2010

Unfortunately I had to admit my wife on 14/03/2010 who was suffering from sist operation (gynec)related problem. in

Reshambhai Hospital,Shahibaugh. Ahmeadbad.Under observation of Dr.Hasmukh Agarwal.

When I sent the related policy details for claim by fax from the above said hospital,I got the reply saying that YOUR POLICY

IS INACTIVE.But still My Policy is already active with a status of inception date 22/09/2009 to expiry date 21/09/2010 on

your website.and also having the latest papers sent by you.

So again I refaxed the details. in return I got the same reply.So I made an enquiry in Medi Assist where they told that ur

renewal cheque has been returned.

But till date I didn't received the instrument(returned cheque)nor any intimation from ur side, moreover I had deposited my

renewal Cheque before renewal date:21/09/2009

My wife was admitted for 7 days From 14/03/2010 to 20/03/2010 and the hospitalization charges are more the 25,000(Twenty-Five

Thousand).So Kindly look into the matter And I hope you will do the needfull and at the earliest.

dear sir i have renew my policy of relience genral insurance my policy no.is [protected]. which will effect from 16/10/2010 i want canell this policy because abn bank not giving my instalment facility this time . iam not able to pay full amount which the company has alreay taken from my credit card so plesae cancel the above policy and reverse the full amount in my credi card immidatly.thanking you .LAXMAN AHUJA.

Reliance — Status of Complaint

Dear Sir,

We have already confirmed our cancellation of the Data card -Relaince ,they request us to pay the bill for the Whole month by confirmation on the Hard copy of Bill.

We have not recived the Bill for the Month, after two month currently they have sent Notice THAT WE HAVE NOT PAID THE DUE AMOUNT.
