Reliance Hello — Receiving Bill for terminated service

I had reliance Hello FTW plan for almost four years. I terminated it on 2nd July and got termination number from customer care. I was asked to visit Web World and return my instrument. I did that on 31st July and got confirm receipt. I was suposed to get refund of 2, 000Rs in two month. I followed them multiple times after October but same answer" You will recieve check in few days" and finally I received Bill for November! Now again they are asking me to visit webworld pay balance amount and give fresh termination request!!! Its really frustrating ... I would rather go to court than visitng again web worlld and go through the same experience.
