Reliance Hello — getting zero balance on recharging with 111 and 155

sir,
I have recharged my reliance hello phone consecutively with rupees 155 and 111 with consent of their customer service official ,but i got zero balance.
After that i contacted their official ,who told me that hello account has been closed.It is strange that they have not informed even though i have contacted them before recharging. Even when I am calling *367 to know the balance the are telling i have rupees 118 on my phone , but when i am trying to call any number its telling i am left with zero balance. I dont why reliance is running a fraud business like this.
please inform me about the next step to get back my balance.
