Reliance Hello — phone dead

I have been using Reliance land phone for more than three years. My phone No. is[protected]. Now it is dead for over a week. I approached a Reliance showroom at Palakkad for enquiry. They did not give a satisfactory reply. Then I went to a private service centre. They demanded Rs. 500/- for repair. I do not want to spend such an amount for repair. Now what shall I do?
