I have an information to give about a company name O2 Spa operating on terminal 2 gate number 4, business lounge and at Terminal 1D. They are paying us cash in hand no PF deduction is done neither any Income tax deduction they also have there branches in Hyderabad and mumbai Same thing is happening there as well.

If this not the right place to give you the information about the fraud happening then plz tell the right site.

My PF account no. is DL/39181/00018.I have sent PF withdrawal application to Delhi office in JANUARY 2010. Through my previous Accounts department ( MOAK ENGINEERING &CONSULTANCY PVT.LTD., DELHI.) .We are in the middle of APRIL 2010 and still not received the Pf amount in my bank account. I have given all my details to the Delhi office.I would like to request you to kindly look into this and give me a reply as to by when I should get my Pf amount.

I was working for Moak Engineering & Consultancy Pvt.Ltd. and my Employee number was M00018

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding my Provident Fund. I have submitted my provident fund in the month of December 2009.

I was working with Religare Macquarie Private Wealth Ltd. Employee Code 29638 and had resigned from the services of the company on 21st April 2009. I had submitted a request form for withdrawal of my PF amount at Religare Macquarie Private Wealth Ltd on 02 Dec 2009 at noida office which was then sent by the Religare Macquarie Private Wealth Ltd. and received by Regional PF office at Wazirpur on 16 Dec 2009.

But during all this time the PF did not got credit in HDFC bank account mentioned on the PF withdrawal form. My PF account is at Regional PF office Wazirpur, New Delhi and the PF account no. is DL/935010/305.

I have done all the communications via email, personal visit to PF office wazirpur and contacted the concerned people on phone at employer office. But all my requisition is still unanswered from PF office and employer side respectively.

I would request the concerned authorities to please look into the matter and get the PF amount credited to my HDFC bank account no. [protected], as it has been now 6 months that my PF is not been transferred.
