[Resolved]  Reliance Hr Services Pvt Ltd — Not Received PF amount in my bank account

Dear Sir
I have sent my PF claim settlement forms by registered post with acknowledgement due on 01/07/2010, postal dept delivered on 02/07/2010, I got acknowledgement on 04/07/2010, Till today I have not recieved proper reply.
My PF NO--- TN/31121/4101
also not recieved pf slip from the employer, they deducted from my salay.

my pf ac.no.TN/21613/393, i had working in Ms, sakthi Auto Ancillary Pvt.Ltd, Coimbatore Before one year. i had submit all documents before 3 months to epf office till now i didnt get any deposit and reply from them.

Pls reply regarding this issue

My PF account no. is TN/MS/31309/090497.I have submitted my PF withdrawal application with duely signed by me to my previous organisationi in Oct 2009 ( Cognizant Technology Solutions, Mumbai).

As its touching june 2011 and i have still not received the Pf in my bank account.
After sending them a lot of reminders they came up with-

"Since the PF office is busy with releasing the PF Annual statements, there would be delay in processing the closure forms. The PF office will release the annual statements by 3rd week of March, post which we will start submitting the claims for processing.

We have been facing issues of documents missing from PF office post submission of Closure forms. This has resulted in rejecting the claims and where the PF member is asked to resubmit the claims again. In order to avoid this confusion, we have stopped submitting the claims till 3rd week of March. Request you to mail us in the first week of April to check on the status of submission (HRSS Benefits, SDB4, 7th Floor, SDB4, 7th Floor)"

And they said it would take next few months for the issue to get resolved. i need to wait for some more time till we get clarity from the PF office on the PF transfer/withdrawal for the associates.

I would really appriciate if could look into this issue as this is a common query of all the people.

My name is Neena Raghavan, my PF a/c No.GJ/19154/995 and I had given the application to our branch office at Kerala (Head office Ahmedabad) for withdrawing the payment through my ICICI a/c. on[protected], but till today i have not received, the money, our branch office authorities told me they have already sent the application to head office at Ahmedabad, please let me know my PF status.
