[Resolved] Reliance Hypermart — given offer but rejected | |
Dear sir, I had bought two refrigerators from Reliance hyper market limited, Tirupati(Andhra Pradesh), as we got a SMS stating that 5% cash back will be provided, but till today we had not received the said amount instead Rs.200 had been credited to our account. We contacted the stores manager at Hypermart but his response is so vulgar and we cant able to bear the words stating that we can go to consumer court if possible. Provided I'll give my contact number and I'l explain you in detailed about the bad experiences we had with you executives at reliance hypermart, tirupati(andhra pradesh) so what to do in this situation thinking of to go for consumer court Was this information helpful? | |

Dear sir,
I am from jodhpur ( raj.) and I have a personal selling counter on your rel.hyper mart at jodhpur. before starting of counter I have made a contact about space to mr. vijit shekhawat ( r.mart employ) . he decided to give us 200 sq.feet space in r.mart. @ rs. 10000= .
and he get it fully advance also.
many days passed but he allowed us only 20 sq.feet space only.
and now also not replying as setisfied and talking in wrong way using abuse. I want to reject him from r.mart immediately.
now what can we do in this situation ? could you help me in this matter ? pls inform.

I purchased a Pop-Up Toaster Philips PT HD4815 for Rs.945=00 from Reliance Hypermarket Ltd.
12/7, 21 km stone, Sec-35 Faridabad. Coming home I immediately found the knob broken I was called upon by the staff Mr.Jivesh/ Mr.Rameshwaram for the replacement, when I went there to my surprise the only other pc. lying with them also had its knob broken. These people r knowingly making fools of the people & trying to cheat them.
I have contacted these people several times but inspite of helping us they r talking nuisance on the phone. I also offered the to give me the next model & take balance from me but they straight fowardly
refused me. Am I to be punished in this way for buying the product from the biggest Retail Chain of India.
