[Resolved] Reliance Hypermart — Complaint regarding purchase done on 26th Jan 2014

Dear Reliance TeamI had bought one water bottle of Cello make for small children from your Aundh Pune Hyper Market on 26th Jan 2014, but the product is not functioning and unfortunately I have miss placed the bill, i have visited twice your Hypermart from where I have Purchased. I have requested you manager Mr. Suryakant Borse to give me some other water bottle which is more robust and if there is any price difference I will pay in cash or through Credit Card. He is saying that since you have no bill with you there is no proof that you have purchased this from our shop, in the other words you are lie. Now I have left with two option:1. Your people should exchange with the robust model.2. I should approach my credit card banker and ask him to put this payment in dispute as your manager is saying that I have not purchased this product from Reliance. I have visited reliance hyper mart at Aundh Pune on 2nd if Feb 2014 to Purchase a TV and selected 39" Samsung TV whose Price was 42500. The manager was not ready to give any discount so I told him that I will cross check the rate in the market with other sellers. On the same day While I was comparing the price at some other shop in Chinchwad they called me and said that Sir I you can make cash payment today by 10 PM then we can offer this TV @ 42000. I said ok I will be there on time and will make all payment through credit card today itself. I visited once again and the after reaching there he said sir if you will do payment by SBI card then we can offer you @ 42000. I told me that in our earlier discussion I have Infromer you that I can make payment through HDFC credit card only then why you have called. He said sir we are very sorry we can not offer at 42000. I came back and next day again they called and said sir we are ready to offer you that TV @42000. After hearing him I told him that I don't deal with people who don't keep there words.
I had visited almost all Malls in India but never had such a bad experience. Now onwards I have decided that neither I nor my near and dear ones will buy any product sold by Reliance. The brand image of Reliance has been totally damaged in my eyes due to 2-3 bad incident's and bad experience I have personally experienced within one month.
