[Resolved] Reliance Hypermart — Complaint regarding purchase done on 26th Jan 2014 | |||
Dear Reliance TeamI had bought one water bottle of Cello make for small children from your Aundh Pune Hyper Market on 26th Jan 2014, but the product is not functioning and unfortunately I have miss placed the bill, i have visited twice your Hypermart from where I have Purchased. I have requested you manager Mr. Suryakant Borse to give me some other water bottle which is more robust and if there is any price difference I will pay in cash or through Credit Card. He is saying that since you have no bill with you there is no proof that you have purchased this from our shop, in the other words you are lie. Now I have left with two option:1. Your people should exchange with the robust model.2. I should approach my credit card banker and ask him to put this payment in dispute as your manager is saying that I have not purchased this product from Reliance. I had visited almost all Malls in India but never had such a bad experience. Now onwards I have decided that neither I nor my near and dear ones will buy any product sold by Reliance. The brand image of Reliance has been totally damaged in my eyes due to 2-3 bad incident's and bad experience I have personally experienced within one month.
