I had been alloted 18 shares of reliance industries and the same had been sent to the company for name change in 2005 and till date we have not recieved the modified share documenats. Folio no. is 58013924 and distinctive nos are from[protected] to[protected] nos). We have been corrosponding with M/s Karvy Consultants, Lucknow branch but they have not replied positively and linguring on this issue contineoulsy

Please help me out how can we get the duplicate documents as company is also not responding in the matter

hello, sir I have some share of reliance industries limited from year 1991. but yet not recievd any bonus share..how i got it plz tell me.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am holding Share Certificate vide Regd. Folio No 65443503, Certificate No 16119104 in the name of BENIMADHAB BHATTACHARJEE (My father) and CHINMOYEE BHATTACHARJEE (My mother). Distinctive Numbers from[protected] to[protected], total no. of shares = 25 (twenty five only).

Now that my parents (both father & mother) has expired father on 03.02.2009 & mother on 02.07.2012 and I am the only legal son / hair (I have no brothers or sisters), so I want to convert the same certificates in my name immediately. Also I want to attach these certificates with my DEMAT Account.

I have obtained the Succession Certificate for all..
