He uses abusing language at the meeting , moreover, not only he abuses us also takes the name of our parents also which is totally unacceptable and unexpected from an educated person. we have came to work in sales department does not mean that for our poor performance at work place, our parents will be penalized. we all have come from good families at least we expect that our parents should get respect from our senior and colleagues.... * * * * I am accepting that our performance is poor and not up to the mark but till now we are unable to express or discus the reasons for our poor performance, no body is ready to listen the problems we are facing instead our RM Sir uttering such vulgar expressions.moreover,it was not mentions in our offer latter that poor performance and unable to attend meeting at the zonal office will be treated as absent from office or duty. Behavior of our KS DO Rm Sir is know to every body in the insurance sector.you can check my attendance registrar whether i have been attending office regularly or not.this kind of a ligation is not at all acceptable. Madam, sorry that i will be compelled to put forward this matter to the labor commissioner as well as to the Reliance Group higher authorized if this kind of false a ligation is given to me after attending office regularly. if you are not satisfied with my performance i can resin immediately but i will not accept or toleration any false a ligation. Madam till now no one wanted to know or listen about our poor performance. i would like to bring to your kind notice the reason behind our poor performance.... * * * *1) IR DA exam is not taking place neither we know when it will held....* *2) Without this exam we are unable to recruit advisor hence unable to built Team.... * *3) We are not getting any support from our branch....* *4) If we ask or any mapping advisor we are no provided with that....* *5) At the beginning of the month we are told that this branch will close down, we will not be our salaries, as well as we are insisted to search ope another job....* *6) We are not sure whether we will be getting advisor commission if we deposit business in our own sap code.* *7) If we ask our quarries to CE we don't any reply....* *8) Advisor do not get their commission....* *9) Few sales managers who are working for a longtime,every day say that they had spoken to RM and he has informed that this branch will no long exist no one will get their salaries....* * * *This is not only my opinion , if you ask any sales Manager of our branch every body will utter the same thing.
