Reliance Life Insurance — Non-payment of surrender value of my LIC Pol No.16422577 | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have got a RLI Policy No.16422577, date of commencement 24/2/2010. I have paid so far 3 annual instalments of Rs.10,000/- each. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I am unable to continue the said policy and therefore I intend to discontinue/surrender the said policy. I have already sent my details information & all original papers of the policy to the Chief Executive Officer, Reliance Life Customner Service, Reliance Life Insurance Co Ltd., 'H' Block, 1st Floor, Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra-400710 through SPEED POST on 01/04/2013 from Adra Sub PO (PIN 723121), Receipt No.EWO[protected]IN. But I regret to inform that nothing has been heard by me so far from RLIC although a period of 26 days has already elapsed. I do not understand what else they want from me and I feel that there is something wrong now with the officials of Reliance Life Insurance Co Ltd. Please help me. But I regret to say that nothing has been heard by me so far from RLIC. I do not understand what else they want from me; I feel that there is something wrong now with the officials of Reliance Life Insurance Co Ltd. Please help me & guide me further.
