i paid an amount of Rs. 500 in advance through my credit card through your site for my corporate post paid account for mobile no [protected], on 10/6/08.
the same was not reflected in my bill of may, and is neither being reflected in payment history on website, thogh my credit card statement shows that the said amount has been debited from my credit card account. kindly help

Reliance Mobile — no service at all
i purchased a reliance gsm card which was priced at Rs 50.It is in the name of my father having the number[protected].The service is so irregular that it makes me wonder whether these cards were introduced just for looting people.i cannot send a message nor make a call.the customer care said that there is a problem with my handset and assured me there was no problem in their service.i then inserted a bsnl card which was working completely fine.the ggovernment should take strict action against the company for siphoning of millions in providing useless cards Dear Sir,

Reliance services are worst.
I can't connect myself to the customer care through any reliance mobile.
The number is constantly engaged.
My phone has been set up with a caller tune I did not want.
Now I can't revert it back.

I have used a post paid connection for last 3 year. Now unfortunately I informed you that I have submitted a complete (Complete no. 98776125 Dt. 26-05-09, ) regarding the network problem on your reliance help line and they committed to solve the problem within 5 days but unfortunately you network problem running are same. So please suggest me how many days done in this process.
And also please make insure that the rent and service charges will be not calculated for this period in my bills. In this period I have lost some amount due to none working my mob. (In business) who will be responsible for the same and your company pay the compensation amount like 2 to 5 lacs.
As a suggestion if you are providing this type services to consumer how you can say that the reliance is the biggest and most reliable telecom company in India and world.
