Reliance Mobile Prepaid — No talktime given after erecharge

I made online recharge of Rs. 496 earlier and Rs. 200 for lifetime RIM prepaid and there was no amount recharged. bank transaction was successful but RIM did not credit the money to my account. I followed up with the customer service and no response except a complaint number, mailed the so called "nodal officer" and one more authority and no response to mail nor answer to the call.
Is there any solution to this bad service?why do they provide all these portals for complain if they are invalid?

i'm recharge 199 approx 15 days before and i'm also use it . now no balance show and also recharge 100 last night . please solve my problem

i had e-recharged my phone no. [protected] for Rs.121 as per SMS received and transaction was confirmed by sms from your no.52811 on20/11 at 19;38 hours, but no talk time credited to my main account.Only promotinal time was alloted and that too for 7 days and then it was deleated. My service request no.[protected] is not resolved to my satisfaction. Your RM as well as no. 59111 has only stereotype word ' "No default configured'" I fail to under stand what kind of customer service is this.Why can't some senior officer talk to me and resolve this.
