Dear suparna waghmare

The reason why i am escalating the issue in email is there is no response for the past one and half month on this request in your local reliance office.

I have visited your reliance office more than 5 times "jpr communication, tirupattur - 635 601. Vellore district

You are again advising to visit the local reliance office, could you review the case clearly?

If it is terminated how could your executives communicate that it will be resolved in 2 day?

You are terminating connection after several positive commitments what is happening in the customer service?

Is there any other superior people can take care of this issue? Please advise...

Dear sir / madam,

I was using the reliance post paid number [protected] around 2 years.

Initially the service is too good, but for the past one year there are lot problems like sms issues, network problem, impropoer bills etc..

Most stupid thing is very irresponsible reply from the customer care technicians over the phone.

Hence i decided to stop using the service since my number is established in my business network i decided keep this number as prepaied one.

For this prepaid migration i have given a request through web world" jpr communication " in thirupattur, vellore district. On 26 jan 2010.

But as on date there is no action on the given request, they keep on post ponding the issue still there is no solution on this.

Shankar, of web world thirupattur, vellore district has handled the case, please escalste the issue to the concern department and close the issue.

Reliance mobile Services — mobile services reg.,

Dear one ,
Since today afternoon the service of Reliance mobile has been quite upsetting in the sense, hardly a few seconds after the call matured the line was getting disconnected and resulting in tremendous amount of disturbences and wastage of time money and lots of inconvenience. It may please be attended to and rectified at the earliest .
