DETAIL COMPLAINT WRITTEN TO RELIANCE Dear All, As per my today’s interaction with your Blackberry Customer care officer, she has shown me the necessary changes which will hopefully resolve my Excess charges issue in future. I am very disappointed with reliance services and their mechanism to handle Customer Complaints and queries. Despite of complaints being pending and resolutions of issues not given to Customer, there are several reminders like Payment pending through mails and SMS. Your mechanism like Nodal, Appellate & other grievances forums also does not take complaints seriously. Can someone please care to answer my below issues? Why can’t I call Reliance BB Department directly from my handset? Why am I charged wrongly on Mobile Internet Usage every month despite of 299/- Blackberry plan? Why am I charged Rs 15 every month for MCA if the same is not working in Blackberry? Why am I charge Late Payments every month if my problem is pending to be resolved by Reliance? Please note that I shall not pay any single unjustified charges levied to me by Reliance & shall request you one last time to answer all my above queries or make way for me to convert myself in to some other suitable service provider through MNP programme.
