[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Services — Reliance mobile company cheated me (Small Money is BIG SCUM)

I Mohamad Ibrahim Dar, Is the customer of Reliance Sim. My mobile No. is [protected]. I am very much dissatisfied from Reliance service provider. Yesterday at 8:30 PM I did recharge of Rs. 20/- Nett. for calling to my Clients. I am not so rich to recharge again and again my sim card. My money is always Limited and I am using my mobile for my Small business. Today I was in sleeping mode, and when I woke at 11:30 P.M then I am trying to call my Friend who lives in Dominica. And It is my special call for my life. when I am trying to call then my balance shows low. I got shock, because Reliance wastes my half a Year business plan. My balance was only Rs. 7/- Nett. and I try to call 198 Toll free customer care. But they didn't respond and they are not giving service on free and they are dropping the line automatically. And system said to call another no. which is payable for customer, First I am very much angry for their service which we have to pay for them. If we are their customers then why they are taking money for Customer care. Anyway When I call to Payed customer care then they didn't satisfy me. they said you have activated vice chat. but I said them It is not possible because I am a Business man. O ask them for timing but they don't provide me the timing. Sometime they said system is not showing we will transfer line to Higher. but higher said we will provide you the 10 Rs. Back within two days. They gave me Request No. is : [protected], and for call I spend 1.50 Paisa using this money for customer care. These things show me clearly How Reliance became the richest company it is all because of poor peoples money. It is our blood they are using it by their name in-front of this world. And Right now I am in lost from both the sides 1 side is my business and another side is my Money. And this Scum shows me how money corers of population in our country are cheated by Reliance and of crore people are daily cheated by each 10 Rs. it means per day reliance is taking 10 Crore Rs. from Poor helpless peoples. and our government is silent because they are getting huge amount of Taxes from Reliance but this taxes is not from reliance, it is ours money which is going indirectly to the Government.

I want penalty of 2 Lakh Rs. from Reliance because I am a Business Person. I don't want lost. I want penalty as soon as possible Otherwise I am going to register this case in Crime Branch of Srinagar and also in Consumer Court Srinagar.

Reliance India Mobile — to be cheated by company

dear sir
i am using rim postpaid connections since six month in this six month these company give me horror about post paid connections they disconnect my connection more then six time in one month and taking three to four day to reconnect and when contact them they all saying go their or go their not give perfect solution they are just cheating their customers .so sir kindly justify my following numbers [protected], [protected] and the webworld staff says that if i surender my numbers i have to pay 500 rupees fine to company for each numbers . so sir kindly give me right ways to get out from this cheater company .

i have a five years old reliance land line hand set and from few months the hand set does not work properly so i think it is better to change the hand set, so my request is please tell me the process to change the following hand setand its cost.

Reliance Mobile — DISSATISFIED SERVICES

Sir/ Madam

I am very sorry to write this mail for having the very bad experience o[censored]sing CDMA mobile service.

i am the prepaid CDMA mobile customer. my no is [protected] and my present activated plan is 4444.i purchased this plan in march 09. i was told that in this plan i will get 500 min free for rel to rel every month for the life time. my plan was activated on the 16th of month.

my query is that, 500 min for the last previous month got expire on the 16th of every month but 500 min for the next month got credited in my account on 19th of the month. Why there is the gap of 3 days from the date of expiry (i.e 16th) to the date of activation for the next month (i.e 19th)?

During these three days i would not able to make any call due to which i have to suffer lot.
if i make any call to any reliance mobile then call charges get deducted from my top-up balance at the rate of regular call charges. Even after crediting the 500 free min to the account on 19th, i have not get any cash back for the call made from 16th to 19th.

Despite of calling to your customer care centre thice, I do not get any positive and satisfactory response.

This is really a very bad experience o[censored]sing the reliance services. i had already lodged a complaint at your customer care and SR no[protected]. your CC has closed my SR and my query remain the same.

Reliance Mobile Services — Monthly recharge used as Top Up and harsh behaviour

I had a bitter experience from Malkajgiri Reliance web express and being a customer using Reliance mobile which is used by my wife and every month I was getting recharged for Rs299/- and used to pay Rs300/- and never there was a refund of Rs1/- back and last month when I went for recharge I have payed the same and today I see it said the balance is Rs2/- and out going facility is no more available and being a regular customer I went to clarification and having observed that the Operator has topped up for Rs300/- because of which I don't have facility to call even reliance mobiles and I was shocked and instead of rectification the behavior of the in-charge was so rash that he pushed us out arguing that I have paid Rs300/- and said it was for top-up only and we will do as we wish.

I am at great loss now and the greatest thing is I have taken Bill while recharging for Rs299/- even when I said I have paid and took the bill he is never caring about the lady customer such a wreck-less behavior never observed earlier and it will be a bad remark in-turn to the head Anil Bhai as from top management always says customer and service is the utmost priority but the down line being a major representative should give value to service and more over to the lady customer.

Now I would like to take advice from Seniors and those who are getting into this site having a bill in hand how should I proceed legally as I don't wish this is being repeated to others. Firstly I did not get the service for which money is paid and more over the behavior towards the customers especially the lady customer holding the phone connection is really caused a concern to us.

Our number is already available in the register on 27th we have paid the amount and also have taken the bill.

Reliance Mobile Services — unnecessary deduction of amount from users by activating special packs by service providers

sir, I am the customer of reliance India mobile my name is sandeepreddy mobile no:[protected], On 12-2-11 i recharged an amount of rupees 100, without any information the service provider had deducted an amount of rupees 30 from my account.Immediately i called to the customer care and i asked reason for the deduction of amount,they simply saying that due to activation of some news alerts it has been deducted.we (customers) are repeatedly facing this problem with the service providers.so please take an action on this sir

Reliance Mobile Services — Asking for payment of paid bill

I received the bill for January 2011. As I had overpaid in my last bill, the bill for Januray month is Rs.-266. and hence I am not supposed to pay anything as a bill. Now right from the 1st Feb,2011 I have been receiving calls from the company to ask for the payment. I told them number of times that I don't need to pay the bill as its overpaid last time. But instead o[censored]pdating their database, they still call me EVERYDAY wihtout any fail without any weekend breaks to ask for the bill. Now this is very annoying!!!! How could these people be so careless? they mustcheck their bill details before following up with the customer.

Reliance Mobile Services — To banne all advertisement call & autorenewable scheme to my mobile no.9302322929

i am receving unwanted advertising calls& other autorenewable monthly pack such as missu & many other name which i dont know I recharge my mobile hand set on 17/05/2011 amount Rs.100 payable today balance become under Rs.25 by deducting amount automatically for monthly subscription
