I have Reliance GSM pepaid simcard no.[protected].Although i have not subscribed any of the Value Added Services(VAS)., They have Added(1) VAS Like VAS Fun service on[protected] at 8.17 p.m. (2)VAS Tech Zone Service on[protected].22p.m.(3)Fun service on[protected] at 4.53p.m.(3)VAS Osian on[protected] at 4.58p.m....
And the amount deducted are 7 & 20 rupees respectively...So i request to refund my balance as it was.and...

As per my today’s interaction with your Blackberry Customer care officer, she has shown me the necessary changes which will hopefully resolve my Excess charges issue in future.

I am very disappointed with reliance services and their mechanism to handle Customer Complaints and queries.

Despite of complaints being pending and resolutions...

I was using reliance gsm sim card on my mobile Micromax A75 since last 15 days and it worked like a charm a day back. I activated the gprs monthly pack a week ago, everything was working fine till day before - yesterday afternoon. Suddenly reliance network went off and since then I am unable to receive calls (callers receive message as the number is switched off), could not make any calls neither use gprs internet. There is no network coverage...

I would like to raise a complaint to this forum, Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message on 08/06/2010 11.24 PM saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30/30 days was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

But that time i was in sleep and sure that i have not activated for the same.

Also i have been receving lot of service providers calls and i have activated DND still...
