[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Services — non refund of deducted amount

Dear Sir,
I have filed the complain and my amount was deducted but till now not refunded back. Furtheremore again an amount has been deducted from the mobile no. [protected] with the following details-

1. Amount charged for VAS Jumpgames GSM Rs 30.00 Dt 04 OCT 13 at 2048 hrs

Please inform the concerned for immediate refund otherwise I will file a case in consumer court.
It is also pertinent to mention that I have also been deducted an amount from my other mobile no.[protected] with the following details-

Amount charged for VASGJGSMSTV31 Rs:31.00 dt.04/10/13 time:0532

2. amount charged for VAS MyCRBTDummy Rs 10.00 Dt18 sep13 at 1141 hrs
3.amount charged for VAS CRBTsubscrip 1 Rs 1.00 Dt18 sep13 at 1141 hrs
4.ganga avtaran 4 has been downloaded /renewed Rs 10.00 Dt 24 sep13 at 2030 hrs

please intimate the concerned to stop this type of work and not to repeat in future and refund me the amount deducted.It is also to be noted that customare care no. is always getting busy tone to register complains.
