Reliance Net Connect — internet speed is very slow

My reliance NetConnect plus had been getting a good speed. But after I recharged it with Rs.800 data pack, the net speed has gone done abruptly. It is so slow that sometimes it cannot open a webpage.The download speed at IDM is around 4-5 kbps with 14 kbps at the max. I have talked with Reliance customer care many times. Some of them suggested to clear cookies, delete history and so on and I did the same but in vain. They said they made a complaint with respect to my issue and sent me a complaint number.But this complaint number didn't make them solve my issue.I am fed up of calling to customer care. Please help resolve my issue.

Reliance Data Cable Internet Connection — Very Very Slow Speed of Internet Connection

The Speed of Internet Connection Is very slow although I have the 3mbps Speed Net Connection. I was suffering a great problem due to the slow speed of net conncetion. So Check where the problem exist and remove the problem as quick as possible.

I m getting speed between 0-20 KBPS most of the time,
I am tired with this,
When ever i talk to Customer care, they always say that your area is under congestion,

These area are under congestion for Reliance >

So first get these resolved then buy Reliance Broadband +.

Today i am getting speed of 8 KBPS,

Speed is degrading day by day...

Might Reliance has got too much customers, so they have no time to focus on their services.

But a simple quote is "Its not big task to get a customer, The big task is to retain a customer"
Reliance should understand its meaning...

Reliance Broadband — speed very slow

I have purchased reliance broadband connection. on purchase the minimum speed commited was 500 kpbs and maximum speed of 3.1 kpbs. however the device is not giving speed of more than 20 kpbs. i have contacted reliance within 3 days of the purchase. firstly they said the speed will pick up within 48 hours. later they said there is some congestion and they are working on the same and it will get be resolved shortly. when the speed did not increase i asked for the refund of my money, for which they refused.

Reliance Netconnect — Very Slow Internet

So, this is for all those who have seen, have been watching those flashy advertisements of Reliance Netconnect. Relaince screams its 'Netconnect' brand to be 'India's superfast wireless'!! But for those who have been using it, i ain't gotta explain much! lol I've been using a prepaid one since a year. I've faced numerous problems till date. Forget about other recharges. If you go for that unlimited plan which starts at 800 INR, u will get 5 GB of data browsing at 'High Speeds' (HSD). Okay. When you start browsing with it, say for example you are checking a Yahoo or Gmail and you will open another tab with Facebook. Either both will not open(mail & Facebook) or it will take about four to five minutes to load completely! So you have to stop any one tab from loading. That means you have to load/open only one page at a time! You cant use your browser tabs to load many pages! Not even two! lol The most irritating thing is, sometimes loading of Gmail alone takes two minutes after pressing sign in button! Try to upload a medium-sized picture around 450 KB, Gmail and Facebook stuggle to up them! While Gmail takes 2 minutes to up, Facebook struggles, struggles & struggles even after five minutes!! And when that 5 GB gets over, you have to change the settings to 1x where you feel like smashing that wireless USB modem to ground. 5GB gets over very soon too! How these Mother say its 'India's Superfast'?! Ridiculous suckers!! Sometimes it wont connect at all for few hours. We have to struggle to contact customer care to check out. All they say is "some maintainance work is going on, you should be able to connect within few hours"

I have Reliance Netconnect and from 3 days its working very very slow,so plz check this.
till today the problem should be solve.If not so i will not pay the bill.And i will disconnect the Service.

Reliance Netconnect — Reliance Netconnect+ takes its customers for a ride

I purchased a reliance netconnect+ broadband data card in may end 2011. Everything was good until jul first week when I suddenly started facing connectivity issues and my connection began to drop frequently. I contacted the customer care and I was told that there was some infrastructure upgrade happening in my area and that is why this is happening. I was told that this work would finish before aug end. However when I checked the status of the same in aug end I was told that the work will only finish by nov end. When I contacted customer care in dec beginning I was told that I will have to go to a reliance store and find out about the same. All this while I am paying rs. 110/- Per month for safe custody charges.

My questions to reliance are:
a. Is there no obligation from your end to inform customers about such problems in the first place?
b. As a matter of courtesy can't the customer be informed regularly about the status of the same and when the problem can be finally expected to be resolved?
C. Why do you take people for granted - moving deadlines by months together from aug to nov?
D. Cannot customer service be made really customer friendly? instead of asking a customer to visit the reliance store for every little thing can't customer care staff do a little more to help?
e. Do you think the safe custody charges are justified when it is entirely an issue at reliance's end?

Reliance Netconnect — Problem with reliance netconnect+

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Prajot Kulkarni, I have reliance nectconnect+ ([protected]). from first day I have problem of service. So I logged many complaint to Reliance, but problem is not solved. So I dropped mail to terminate my service after so many mails and calls they taken my request. I after that I got call from reliance head office[protected], that executive told me that your problem is highlighted in our end. He told me that I will give you one month free service, but I rejected that offer I hold him instead of give me free service terminate my service and deduct it from my bill because I am not going to pay any of your bill now onwards, I agreed with same. But last week I got call from reliance that you did not paid the bill so we are going to give you legal notice. I tried same number but call is not received. After that I called customer care, and higher authority but they did not ready to see my issue. Please check the above issue and give me positive feedback.

Reliance Netconnect — Very slow 'Broadband' connection

Iam a Reliance Netconnect customer. My number is [protected] and the plan to which I have subscribed is Platinum + (15GB + unlimited). This month my connection hasn't been up to the broadband speeds. Moreover for the las 10 days or so the connection was getting interrupted for every 5 mins. I have to disconnect and reconnect for every five mins. I raised one complaint at your customer care (over phone) and got an assurance that it would be taken care off, but what I got within two days was unbelivabe slow internet connection. Even the google home page itself is not appearing. When I again contacted your customer care I got a reply that my plan is not activated till now for this month. I didn't even understand what he conveyed. This is not the first time that I am raising similar complaints in this forum. Some five months bace when I upgraded to Platinum +, and got it activated after two months of constant complaints raising. But any way the billing was properly coming according the the new plan. Now I am almost fed up with this incompetence. I have subscrbed to this plan not for fun and dont want to see my business getting suffered due to such incompetence from a network provider. So this is the last time and I am not at all expecting any calls form you of any assurances of fixing the problem, but restoration of my connection to its normal speed for which I am paying every month within 24 hours. If you are not capable please disconnect it. I am saying like this because of the past experiences I had from you. A similar problem occured 5 months back and for all the calls I made I got very contrasting replys and false assurances. When I finally registered a complaint in this forum I got a call from you saying that they cannot find any problem with the connection, but the same day 'magically' the speed was up to what it should be. So please restore my connection or take it back . My latest complaint number is[protected].

Currently, I am facing an big Issue of slow net speed - wireline broadband since from 20th Feb, 2013.

I have called many of times to your customer care number however they give some reasons and close the call.

My Net speed is 2mpbs - 699thunder plan and I am getting only - 60-90kbps speed for download.
As per my plan I have to get (2000/8= 250) approxi. 230-250kbps but I am not getting it.
